Budget law 2020: new measures for home

The first version of the 2020 budget law, approved by the Council of Ministers, contains important measures for the italians home

• Facade bonus in 2020: deduction of 90% of the costs incurred for the renovation of the facades.
• Extension of deductions for the house: deduction of 50% for renovations, the eco-bonus for the home from 50 to 65% for energy upgrading works and the 50% mobile bonus.
• Increase in mortgage and cadastral taxes: increase in mortgage and cadastral taxes that are paid on real estate transactions between private individuals, fall if you buy from a company.
• Dry coupon for the agreed fee: the tax rate should increase from 10 to 12.5%.
